"MAHAMA WILL SOON MORTGAGE GHANA TO ANTI-CHRIST"

New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram constituency is incensed by government’s decision to accept terror suspects from Guantanamo Bay.  According to Sylvester Tetteh, compromising national security for moeny is an attestation that the Mahama-led administration is only thinking about the next election and not the next generation.  The transfer of prisoners from Guantanamo Bay has been met with a lot of controversy with many blaming government of taking a hasty decision.  This is because the ex-convicts Mahmud Umar Muhammad Bin Atef and Khalid Muhammad Salih Al-Dhuby are said to be linked to terrorist group, Al Qaeda in Afghanistan which has generated a lot of controversy in the country.  But the resolution, according to a statement signed by Foreign Affairs Minister Hanna Tetteh, was at the request of the US government.  In an apparent response, Sylvester Tetteh on Accra-based Oman FM Thursday said he is not surprised about the decision to accept the terror suspects into Ghana.  He alleged that, the money being offered by the United States government is too huge for the 'corrupt' Mahama government to refuse.  The NPP man indicated that, President John Mahama has no value for human life thus is prepared to sacrifice anyone for money.  Citing the President’s association with acclaimed gay rights activist, Andrew Solomon to buttress his point, the Ningo Prampram parliamentary aspirant said President Mahama will do anything for money.  “If President Mahama can collect gay money to run his campaign, then he will soon mortgage Ghana to anti-Christ to win the 2016 elections” he fumed.  Sylvester Tetteh stressed that the recent Gitmo exposé is enough bases for the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) to be voted out in this year’s elections.
