Ghana’s Gender and Social Protection Minister, Nana Oye Lithur over the
weekend celebrated her fiftieth birthday—partied like Charlie Sheen but
without the wh*res, except the loud music.
The politrician, lawyer and human rights advocate decided to rejuvenate
herself with about 4 hours of waist-twisting, dancing to Shatta Wale’s
Kaikai song which was put on repeat by the DJ at the Minister’s request.
In fact, many of those who attended her birthday got bored and went away—while Oye Lithur danced it off.
Once a while, she changed the song to ‘Gangnam Style’: and kept her weak bones over-working.
A few days later and after many Ghanaians have enjoyed her dancing
moves, the Minister has been rushed to Korle-Bu Teaching hospital—and we
are told, the many hours of dancing enraged her Rheumatism.
Though Oye Lithur’s doctor has said the dancing was great as it was a
form of exercise which the Minister obviously needs, she over stressed
her bones and veins—and that’s the cause of the sudden joint pains.
She is expected to be discharged tomorrow with 4 boxes of Akobam; the authentic long serving Rheumatism killer in Ghana.
Oye Lithur told us that, she was just blown by the wind of the moment,
made worse by her obsession with Shatta Wale’s Kaikai hit song.
